Who knew Joker Xue concerts can get so rowdy?
The Chinese singer was in Kuala Lumpur last Saturday (Nov 23) for a gig.
The 41-year-old, who’s known for his interactions with the audience during his shows, was walking around the standing pit, shaking hands, giving high fives, and taking selfies with his fans.
Naturally, the crowd rushed forward to get up-close with him.
It’s believed that a fight broke out between two female fans as a result of them jostling and shoving each other for the best spot.
They were seen arguing, pulling each other’s hair and slapping each other on the face repeatedly.
The fight went on even as Joker started singing a ballad in the background, completely oblivious to the situation.
According to reports, concert staff eventually stepped in to break up the brawl.
The concertgoer who shared a clip of the fight wrote: “I was preparing to film Joker, but I saw two people get into a fight near the barricade. I was so stunned. I didn’t dare to walk over.”
They also encouraged fans to “treat each other kindly” and not be so short-tempered at concerts.
Netizens were equally appalled by the scene, with some joking that the poster of the vid was lucky to catch a “special performance” at the concert.
“I wouldn’t know whether to look at Joker or these two,” echoed another comment.
Guess it was a buy one get one free kind of show.
