Hsu Nai Lin Says He Would “Beat Up” The Singaporean Netizens Who Called Him A Scammer During Live Stream

Netizens don’t hold back when it comes to throwing shade at celebrities. And while some stars prefer taking the high road, there are those who choose to confront their haters.

Taiwanese host Hsu Nai Lin obviously falls into the second category.

Earlier this week, the 64-year-old star was in Singapore for a TikTok live stream sale for a skincare brand with local actress Silver Ang, 39.

During the stream, a few netizens deliberately tried to get on his nerves in the comments section.

“Nai Lin is a scammer,” wrote one netizen while another said: “[You are] Cheating people’s money”.

Then there was this comment: “If the items are delivered damaged, you would already be back in Taiwan [so who’s going to be accountable for them?]”

Na Lin was livid after reading those comments.

“I’ve been doing live streams in Singapore for eight months. This is the first time I’m encountering lunatics like this. You’ve never tried these products, how can you say I’m scamming you! If we’re walking on the streets and I find out who you are, I’ll definitely beat you up!” he snapped.

Meanwhile, Silver tried her best to placate Nai Lin while the crew quickly blocked the accounts that were leaving hate comments.

Nai Lin then acknowledged that he had lost his temper and asked to take a break.

However, he was still angry when he returned to the live stream.

“We shouldn’t have blocked them. We should have taken screenshots and then sue them!” he growled.

“I have the money to hire a lawyer. Go and check for yourself, how many people have I sued in Taiwan! I’m like that. If you don’t provoke me, I won’t provoke you. But if you step on my toes, I’ll surely not let you off!”

When Chinese media zaobao.sg reached out to Silver, she said the veteran host was probably just too tired at that time, as he had arrived at Singapore at 5am that morning.

He had been on a few live streams that day and it was already midnight when things got heated.

“He’s a righteous person, so he doesn’t like to be defamed,” explained Silver.
