Taiwanese Actress, 72, Reveals She Was A Mistress For 17 Years, And “It Was The Best Time Of [Her] Life”

We may not be familiar with veteran Taiwanese actress Tian Wa but after reading about her new film, which is based on her past romantic (and juicy) relationships, we would sure like to watch it.

In an interview with TVBS, the 72-year-old shared that the movie, titled Zhao Dao Chu Nu (loosely translated as Finding Virginity), includes stories from her relationships with seven men, including her 17-year affair with a married man.

Tian Wa, who has a daughter from her 16-year marriage to her ex-husband, revealed that at the time, she had just come out of a divorce and wanted to buy a house. The man, who owned a funeral service company, said he would help her. 

He would give Tian Wa an allowance and she lived a very happy life.

“He loved his family deeply and couldn’t break his rules. When he went home, I would cut ties, but when he was outside, he was mine. I accepted this willingly. People say I was a mistress, but the best time of my life was when I was a mistress,” she said.

What was shocking was how the man’s wife was aware of their relationship.

Tian Wa ended the affair when the man decided to focus on his family.

Tian Wa’s love life is still very colourful. 

She previously shared in an interview that she has always been popular with men and even has guys, who are millennials, wooing her.

Many have tried to slide into her DMs but she only responds if she’s interested in the other party.

When asked how she handles receiving explicit photos, she said: “I ignore them and block the sender. That’s just not decent or proper behaviour.”
