Much has been said about Hong Kong star Grace Chan’s slim figure.
Since her 2013 Miss Hong Kong pageant days, Grace, aka Mrs Kevin Cheng, has been criticised for being too thin. Even after giving birth to three boys, she just seems to pop right back to her pre-baby body.
Lest you think she’s constantly on a diet, the KOL often shares videos of herself cooking and enjoying food on her social media, earning the reputation of someone who “never puts on weight no matter how much she eats”.
How does she do it? Is it good genetics? Does she work out a lot?
Well, we finally have the answer.
Grace, 33, was a recent guest on TVB variety show Gourmet Express where she revealed her secret to staying slim.
“I have three sons, and they are very active. They run around all day, and I’m not joking — just chasing after them is already a workout,” she said.
Grace loves her donuts and char siew, but if she could only eat one food for the rest of her life, it would be the latter.
She’s a regular at Dragon State Kitchen Restaurant in Sheung Wan, which, to Grace, serves the best char siew in Hong Kong.
