Vera turned heads once again at the recent BAFTA Awards when she rocked the red carpet in a show-stopping gown that showcased her taut abs.
Her own haute couture creation, the chic black and white number featured a bandeau top and daring cut-out at the midriff area.
The lower half of the dress, which had a peplum detail at the waist, cascaded into a short train.
She completed the look with a new bob hairstyle, oversized sunglasses and a black leather jacket.
“When it’s literally 30 degrees Fahrenheit (-1 °C)… outerwear is a requirement! So… a heavy leather moment!” wrote Vera on Instagram.
The sub-zero temperatures didn’t stop Vera from removing her jacket to show off her look, though she seemed like she was shivering while posing for the cameras.
Netizens had mixed reactions about her edgy ensemble.
While some called her “stunning” and were in awe of her age-defying looks, many wondered if she had “her bra on upside down”.
“Poor old dear, must be the dementia setting in… she’s put her bra on upside down,” remarked one netizen.
