It isn’t hard to spot the 183cm-tall star the second he enters the crowded media room — he’s easily a head taller than everyone else in a one-mile radius.
There’s also his obvious star quality.
“I’m not very familiar with Thai stars, but wah, he’s very charismatic,” we overhear someone say.
Bright, dressed in the full-black outfit he would perform in on stage, is then ushered to our table.
Taking the seat beside him is a translator, whose services Bright doesn’t exactly need.
The actor, whose dad is Thai-American and mum, Thai-Chinese, speaks fluent English. He is also relaxed and chill throughout our 10-minute conversation.
Looking at his strikingly sharp features, especially his bright, alert eyes, we couldn’t help but think about how apt his nickname is.
“My mum gave me the name. I think when she named me Bright, she wanted my future to be bright,” says the star.
Well, all we can say is that his mum was super on-point.
