Yesterday (2 March 2024), K-Pop boy group SHINee held their 6th world tour “Perfect Illumination” in Singapore, which BLACKPINK’s Lisa attended to show support for the group with her friends.

Lisa was first spotted on 29 February in Changi Airport, prompting fans to speculate that the Thai singer-rapper was in town to catch Taylor Swift’s concerts.

Swift held her first show in Singapore last night and will continue to perform five more shows here.

Other fans speculated that Lisa was in Singapore for an event by a luxury brand.

To everyone’s surprise, the BLACKPINK star was seen at SHINee’s concert instead. She attended the concert with her friend and fellow idol, CLC’s Sorn.

This concert was SHINee’s first performance in Singapore since 2012, making the show extra thrilling.

Fans of SHINee and BLACKPINK’s Lisa were absolutely delighted to spot the talented idols together supporting each other.

There has not yet been news of Lisa leaving Singapore, so it’s possible she may stay for a few more days in the city-state to attend one of Taylor Swift’s concerts.

The American pop-star has proven to be a fan of the K-Pop girl group, who in turn has shown that they love Swift’s music.

During BLACKPINK’s performance during the 2022 VMAs (Video Music Awards), Swift was seen dancing and singing along to their performance.

BLACKPINK’s Jisoo said it felt great and inspiring to see the superstar dance along to their song as Jisoo had listened to Swift a lot when she was growing up.

During the VMAs after party, BLACKPINK’s Rosé was seen posing for a photo with Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter, who is the opening act for Swift’s tour.

Swift is set to perform her next five Singapore shows on 3, 4, 7, 8, and 9 March, and fans are hoping the K-Pop icon will be there to support her.
