Celebrated pastry chef Janice Wong, 41, added another feather in her cap on Tuesday (Jun 18) when it was announced that she received the Pastry Innovation Award from French restaurant guide La Liste, alongside Puerto Rican chef Antonio Bachour. She’s the first Singaporean to win the award.
The award was one of the 10 categories in the 2024 La Liste Pastry Special Awards.
