Remember this S$5million luxury apartment which Taiwanese star Ella Chen gave fans a glimpse at during the pandemic?
Well, turns out it isn’t the only swish digs the S.H.E member owns in the Neihu district.
According to Taiwan’s Mirror Weekly, the 43-year-old splurged NT$230mil (S$9.45mil) on a high-floor unit in a luxury development in 2022, earning her the title “Queen of Neihu Luxury Residences”.
The apartment reportedly boasts beautiful lake views, though it’s not sure if the property is for investment or she is living there with her husband, Malaysian businessman Alvin Lai, 47, and seven-year-old son, Daniel.
A check of the singer’s Instagram account shows she was still living in her first Neihu home in end 2023.
Apart from the Neihu residences, Ella also owns two other properties — an apartment near Bihu Park worth NT$200mil (S$9.35mil), as well as a townhouse worth Nt$100mil (S$4.67mil).
We’re not surprised by the boost in real estate portfolio – Ella has been raking in the big bucks over the last few years.
The endorsement darling landed 10 new endorsement deals in 2021, earning her over NT$100mil (S$4.6mil).
And we’re pretty sure she made even more bank after winning the fourth season of popular Chinese reality show, Sisters Who Make Waves in 2023.
