Chinese influencer Ye Ke, 32, has seen her fame rise ever since actor Huang Xiaoming, 46, went public with their relationship.
From being a little known socialite, she is now one of the influencers of the moment, generating as much buzz as popular actresses, though not always for the right reasons.
Recently, Ye Ke made waves again when she claimed during a live stream that she never used the school toilet growing up.
Yes, even when she had a stomachache, she would hold it in.
“I thought it was such a crude thing to do,” she said with a laugh.

Ye Ke’s absurd remark left netizens dumbfounded, with many criticising her for being “pretentious” and “brainless”.
They also did not like how she always emphasised her privileged upbringing and felt that as a public figure, she should be mindful of her words and actions.

Ye Ke admitted to being pretentious, and said her dad treated her like a princess, pampering her.
For example, while other kids had typical packed lunches at school, her dad would prepare her intricate cakes and a bottle of milk.
As a result, she “didn’t fit in” in school.
Ye Ke, who was previously married to Shenzhen’s “mining prince”, with whom she has a son and daughter, is known for her glamorous lifestyle.
She reportedly lives in a 90mil yuan (S$16.48mil) mansion in Shenzhen and owns a fleet of luxury cars, including a Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Ferrari, estimated to be worth more than 15mil yuan (S$2.75mil).
