Earning yuu Points, is not only easy, but you can also redeem them for quick wins like a $2 Cash Voucher from foodpanda or an Iced Kopi from Toast Box.
Recently, a new Booster feature has been introduced, making it even easier to earn up to 10x yuu Points for the same dollar spent with selected merchants, products, or brands. Whether you are new or seasoned to the yuu Rewards Club, understanding the different features in the yuu App can help you maximise savings and get better value rewards.
Getting Started With yuu Rewards Club
As a loyalty coalition programme, you can start earning yuu Points each time you spend with its over 19 partner brands at over 1,000 places in Singapore. These include existing partners such as DFI Retail Group and BreadTalk Group and new additions—popular online fashion retailers such as Nike, Cotton, JD Sports, and H&M.
Unlike some rewards programmes, which have limited options to earn and redeem rewards, the accumulated yuu Points could be used as cash rebates to offset your purchase or redeem attractive discounted rewards with the merchant brands.
The free-to-download mobile app is available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Simply scan your yuu ID before each purchase at the merchant brands to earn yuu Points.

Redeem yuu Points For Either Cash Offset (Pay with Points) Or Discounted Rewards
Every $1 that you spend with the participating merchant brands, earns you at least 1 yuu Point, which is also equivalent to a 0.5% cash rebate. In other words, you need 200 yuu Points to get a $1 cash offset on your next purchase. Think of this as an added cash rebate, on top of any credit card rewards you ordinarily get.
One savvier move would be to use the yuu Points to redeem the many discounted rewards that are regularly refreshed. On the “Redeem Rewards” tab, you can select the “Only show Rewards I can redeem” option. Next, sort the filtered results by “Most Discounted”.
Based on my search results, the most discounted reward is a Singtel Sports Plus (30-day) Package. Currently, the Sports Package costs $20.28 per month. On yuu App, we can redeem it for just 1,500 yuu Points (which is equivalent to a $7.50 cash offset) instead of the usual 4,018 yuu Points (which is equivalent to a $20.09 cash offset).
Similarly, we could also redeem smaller ticket-sized items, such as a Butter Sugar Loaf at BreadTalk that costs $1.90 can also be redeemed for 150 yuu Points (or equivalent to a $0.75 cash offset) instead of 380 yuu Points (which is equivalent to a $1.90 cash offset).
Conversely, you can also redeem a Super Duper Reward that allows you to redeem products for at least half the usual Points required. For example, you can redeem GO FISH OIL 2000MG 30 CAPS from Guardian with 1,400 yuu Points at 50% off (U.P $14), an Iced Kopi/Teh from Toast Box with 300 Points at 50% off or HBO GO access for 30 Days with 1,200 Points at 57% off. On top of the discounted rewards, you can also enjoy other exclusive offers that refresh regularly under the “Discovery – Enjoy Exclusive Offers” tab.
By just being a yuu Rewards Club member, you can redeem exclusive offers as well! At the time of publishing, offers such as 50% off Weekday Admission to Singapore Zoo and 31% off Homestyle Assorted at 7-Eleven are available for redemption.
Boost Your yuu Points Without Spending More
Now, there are even faster and simpler ways to accumulate more yuu Points without having to spend more money.

Partner merchants may offer different yuu Points conversions for every $1 spent. For instance, when you shop at the Cotton On and Nike online stores through the yuu App, you can earn 6x and 10x yuu Points for every $1 spent, respectively. A pair of Nike sneakers at $259 could accumulate 2,590 yuu Points that could cover your daily kopi reward redemptions at Toast Box for a week!
So, remember to always check out the participating merchants and their yuu Points earn rate under the App’s “Discovery tab – More Places To Earn” before you shop.
Know Which Items Allow You To Earn Up To 10x yuu Points
Look for the promotional items under the “Discovery tab – Boost Your Points”. These items could reward you with up to 10x yuu Points for every $1 spent.
For instance, when you purchase the 5kg Golden Phoenix Thai Rice, which costs $15.50 at 7-Eleven, you will receive a boost of 10x yuu Points (or 155 yuu Points). Otherwise, you would only receive the usual 15 yuu Points based on the ($1 spend = 1 yuu Point conversion).
Earn Up To 36x yuu Points (or 18% Cash Rebates) On Your Spending Using DBS yuu Card And PAssion POSB Debit Card
While you can use the yuu Rewards Club on its own to earn and collect rewards, the kicker comes when you link it up with partner cards like the DBS yuu Card and the PAssion POSB Debit Card.
Among these two, the DBS yuu Card allows you to earn up to 36x yuu Points (or 18% cash rebates) on your purchases with participating merchants. This consists of a base 10x yuu Points (or 5% cash rebates) + a bonus 26x yuu Points (or 13% cash rebates) when you hit a qualified monthly spend of $600. The bonus cash rebates is capped at $78 per month.

That said, you could also use the DBS yuu Card linked to the yuu Rewards Club on other non-participating merchant spend. You will receive a base reward of 1 yuu Point (or 0.5% cash rebate) for every $1 spend with no minimum spend or cap on the yuu Points you can earn.
On top of earning more yuu Points, card members can also get limited-time exclusive offers, which are refreshed under the “My Rewards” tab. Past offers include $5 off Yu Sheng Assorted at Cold Storage and a Quaker Quick Cook/Instant Oat 900g for $2.80 instead of the usual $5.75.
