While many would excitedly seize the opportunity to explore the local scene in a foreign country, Korean idol Hyun Bin doesn’t seem to be one of them.
The 42-year-old actor was recently spotted at a rooftop bar in Bangkok casually leaning against the counter in a tight white tee and black cap.
According to media reports, Hyun Bin is in Thailand filming a new drama.
Despite his attempts to appear low-key, a couple of onlookers still recognised him and noted that the Harbin actor looked bored and seemed to be zoning out.
We wonder if anyone chatted him up or offered to buy him a drink.
Netizens also noticed his listless expression looked like someone eager to leave the party.
“He looks like me when I have used up all my social energy,” read a comment while another netizen wrote: “This is the first time I’ve seen someone looking this miserable at a bar.”
Another brought up how Hyun Bin was probably missing his family back in Korea.
Hyun Bin is married to popular South Korean actress Son Ye Jin and they are known as one of the most beloved couples.
The two first met while filming the 2018 movie The Negotiation, though started dating after working on the hit series Crash Landing on You in 2020.
The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2022 and welcomed their son a few months later.
