India’s electric scooter manufacturer, Ather Energy, has unified its data to boost sales, improve customer experience, and streamline operational efficiency.
It allows the company to manage data from over 100,000 sales leads, 225,000 operational vehicles, charging processes, and the grid network.
The company has deployed Qlik Sense in collaboration with Diagonal Consulting, a Qlik partner.
Previously, it was managed manually on siloed platforms, due to which analysis and cross-comparison were difficult.
Now, the company has gained a comprehensive view, enabling integrated analysis, management of revenue stream, and informed decision-making.
This helps generate real-time reports to enhance productivity.
Ather Energy’s chief business officer, Ravneet Phokela, said by leveraging Qlik, the company has improved customer experience, which drives further sales for the business.
Real-time reporting has facilitated improved operational efficiency and after-sales services.
Qlik, with its customisable dashboards and filters, has helped streamline data-driven decisions, while optimising resource management and customer service, Phokela added.
The use of Qlik’s Nprinting feature enables the company to share customised reports with retail partners, ensuring they receive only relevant data.
According to the company, Qlik’s advanced functionalities provide granular supply chain analysis and help address issues.
Using a single platform to analyse and integrate data has allowed the company to extend the benefits to charging infrastructure business, it added.
