Kai Ko Tells Drunk Women Lying On The Streets To Get Home Safe; They Tell Him To “Mind [His] Own Business”

We’re pretty sure most women would be over the moon if Taiwanese actor Kai Ko came up to them on the streets and told them to get home safe.

Well, unless you’re these ladies, who were too drunk to realise who he was.

Recently, the 32-year-old, best known for his role in romance film You Are the Apple of My Eye, took to his Threads account to interact with fans and shared about his not-so-pleasant encounter with the ladies.

He was on his way to a convenience store in Taipei’s Eastern District to withdraw money when he noticed the ladies lying next to an ATM machine intoxicated.

Concerned for their safety, he approached the girls and told them to be careful on their way home.

However, instead of gratitude, he received a dismissive: “Mind your own business.”

Lost for words, he lamented, “Alright! I’m getting old…”

The post attracted a flood of comments from netizens, with some wishing they were in the girls’ shoes.

“I really wish I could bump into you too,” gushed one fan, while another wrote: “I’m sure they didn’t realise you were Kai Ko.”

One person jested: “If you’re not going to take me home, don’t bother if I go home or not!”
