Last August, there were rumours that Leah Dou, the 26-year-old daughter of Chinese pop diva Faye Wong, had married Chinese director Li Mengqiao, 38.
Leah, who is a singer, is Faye’s daughter from her first marriage to Dou Wei, the lead singer of Chinese rock band Black Panther.
At that time, Mengqiao denied the rumours while Leah chose to not respond.
But it seems netizens have found more proof that the couple are married.
On Tuesday (Jan 9), Leah, who was on a vacation in Taiwan, took to Instagram to share a video of her playing with a capsule toy she had won after dining at a sushi restaurant.
Netizens quickly noticed she was wearing a ring on her left ring finger, and comments about her being married soon flooded the post.
Leah has yet to respond to the rumours, and as of now, it’s unclear if it’s confirmation bias on the part of netizens or did Leah accidentally let the cat out of the bag.
It’s not the first time Leah has been seen with the ring. Last January, during her birthday celebration, netizens had already noticed she had a ring on her left ring finger.
