It’s the time of the year again as McDonald’s Singapore brings back the limited-edition Samurai Burger and Seaweed McShaker Fries to all outlets islandwide from today (26 September), and this time with a couple of new additions.
The Star of the Show
The all-time favourite Samurai Burger comes in two options, beef and chicken, and is available as an Extra Value Meal at $7.95 for a single patty and $9.95 for a double patty.
The signature teriyaki patties are combined with crisp lettuce and creamy mayonnaise for a perfect blend of flavours that we all know and love.
This year, the Samurai Burger also comes with a twist. For those of us who prefer a little more protein, the Tamago Samurai Burger is an upgraded version which includes a crispy fried egg, and is available from $8.95 for an Extra Value Meal.
Sides and Dessert
Of course we cannot do without the other half – the Seaweed McShaker Fries.
This classic item is available from $4.15 ala carte and for an additional $1.20 when you upgrade your meal, and is also available for a limited time only while stocks last.
We also have the all-new Oishii Pepper Drumlets, available from $3.40 ala carte and $2.90 as an add-on, which are perfectly seasoned to further delight your taste buds.
To sweeten things up, McDonald’s Singapore has introduced a new dessert on the menu – the Pineapple Soft Serve. You can enjoy this tropical-flavoured ice-cream on its own with the Pineapple Twist Cone for $1.20, or combine it in the Pineapple Twist Strawberry Sundae for $2.50 or Pineapple Twist Oreo McFlurry for $3.75.
The Pineapple Soft Serve has been on the menu since 19 September and is available all day for dine-in or takeaway at all McDonald’s Dessert Kiosks and 113 participating restaurants.
If you’re opting for delivery service, all items mentioned above are also available, with the exception of the Pineapple Twist Cone.
Free Samurai Burger
If you have made it this far, we have something special for you. You can redeem a free Samurai Burger on 30 September by saying “itadakimasu” to the counter staff at your nearest McDonald’s outlet.
The offer starts from 3pm on that day and is limited to the first 50 customers per restaurant.
Time to start practising your Japanese so the staff will not give you a look of confusion when you utter some strange words instead.
Over in TikTok, there’s a drama involving property agents that’s caused by us. Here’s what happened:
