People love flaunting their wealth on social media and Chinese supermodel Ming Xi, who is married to Mario Ho, son of late Casino King Stanley Ho, is no exception.
Recently, the 35-year-old, who married Mario, 29, in 2019, posted a video of her unboxing her latest luxury buys.
Ming Xi excitedly shared that she bought an Hermès Micro Picotin 14 for her two-year-old daughter Romee. Ming Xi and Mario also have a son Ronaldo, four.
“The cutest thing I got is this bag that I bought after walking into the Hermès boutique one day. My daughter looked really cute while holding this,” she gushed while showing the Micro Picotin 14 to the camera.
The bag is priced between HK$27.5K to HK$29.2K (S$4.7K to S$5K).
Ming Xi then revealed that she also got herself a Hermès Picotin 18, the larger version of the Micro Picotin 14. The bag retails anywhere between HK$24.9K to HK$33.3K (S$4.25K to S$S$5.7K)
“So next time we can carry these bags out together,” Ming Xi said, while holding the two bags side-by-side.
On top of the Hermès bags, Ming Xi also bought two Chrome Hearts pouches — one for HK$34,800 (S$5.9K) and a mini one for HK$9K (S$1.5K) — to be matchy-matchy with Romee.
Of course they need accessories too, right?
So Ming Xi got Romee a pink Gucci hair clip, which costs HK$3.1K (S$528).
Naturally, Ming Xi’s video left netizens with a case of sour grapes, with a few netizens highlighting how fortunate Romee is.
“She’s so lucky to be Ming Xi’s daughter, her mum has money and good taste,” wrote one netizen while another called them “winners in life”.
Ming Xi previously posted a video about her collection of mini designer bags. At that time, she said that she was waiting for her daughter to get older to gift them to her.
The collection is made up of mini bags from Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior and other designer labels and is said to be worth more than HK$120K (S$20.5K).
Let’s take a look at the other things Ming Xi bought recently, shall we?
