It is the year 2016, and you can’t walk past a toy store or a kid with an iPad without hearing “Baby shark doo doo doo doo doo doo”.
The ‘Baby Shark Dance’ video was uploaded to YouTube in June 2016 and quickly become the most-viewed video of all-time then. To date, it has garnered 14 billion views.
The song, produced by Pinkfong, an education brand owned by South Korean company SmartStudy, was sung by 10-year-old Korean-American singer Hope Segoine.
Child actors Park Geon Roung and Elaine Kim Johnston starred in the viral music video.
Time sure flies, and Geon Roung is now 15, and making the rounds on the internet for how good-looking he has become. (Sorry to the parents still watching seven-year-old Geon Roung as part of their daily routine.)
