We’ve all heard of celebs getting inappropriately touched by fans in crowded public places. It’s creepy, rude, and not to mention, downright criminal.
It seems these touchy fans have yet to learn their lesson, though they will soon know to keep their hands to themselves if Chinese actress Yang Mi, 37, has her way.
Yang Mi was recently seen leaving work, and was quickly surrounded by a large crowd of fans.
While many settled for taking pictures and videos of Yang Mi, one bold fan thought it would be a good idea to reach out and pat the star on her head.
In a clip of the incident, the fan was heard saying: “You’ve worked hard, Yang Mi lao shi.”
The actress was visibly annoyed by his actions.
She immediately frowned and said: “Don’t touch my head.”
As her minder ushered her through the crowd, she again, repeated in a stern voice: “Don’t touch my head anymore. Thank you.”
The video has since gone viral, with many netizens criticising the fan’s behaviour.
Yang Mi was praised for handling the situation calmly, with some saying his actions were considered “sexual harassment”.
“I hope her security team can protect her better,” complained another netizen.
